Clickbank Order Form Submission

Hey over the last few days I have noticed I have been getting order form submissions for different products in my clickbank account but no sales.

Does anyone know specifically how the form could be submitted with no actual sale taking place?

Is it possible people are clicking submit with no actual CC information in the fields or what?

    Yeah they say it's due to incomplete cc details and declined cards
