    The worse thing you can charge is ZERO, and it sounds like you are close to that now. In my opinion there is nothing wrong with starting out cheap and building up. For example, I have a site where we started out charging $5-20 for text ads on a niche site that has about 4000 uniques daily. We brought in about $100/month for a few months. Then as more advertisers started to become aware of us, we moved to some 125x125 banners and brought in $100 per ad, and have about 6 running now plus the text ads.
