Let me see if I understand this correctly - you are asking for a way for someone who buys your pre-packaged websites with Clickbank ads in them to add in their own Clickbank ID? Just add in instructions on how to sign up for their own Clickbank ID should suffice, and let people know that if they don't change the code that they will not be receiving any money from Clickbank.

Not quite sure if this is what you are looking for but I use HavAds - Putting The POWER and PROFITS Back In Your Hands! (non affiliate).

You can make them click bank ads or ads to your own products or squeeze pages etc.

Basically you can configure them in the same style ad blocks as adsense, change colors backgrounds and so on.

Thanks for your help guys, I've checked out Imgads it looked ok but I can't seem to sign up for it.

My new website product which I will be selling contains AdSense and Amazon ads, I also wanted to integrate Clickbank ads as well. I've seen some sites that allow you to put a code onto your site which displays Clickbank ads but I haven't really found what I was looking for. And I'm not even sure if they would allow me to put the ads into something that I will sell.
