Need Help Selling Few Of My Site

I'm about to sell a pack of 5 sites of mine and need a little help.

I know how to transfer the domain/nameservers but I need a little help on how to transfer the site itself or the database.

Pretty simple stuff... Just download the contents via FTP. Then if they have databases, go into mySQL from your hosting control panel and grab those databases. Then just upload everything over at your new host and make sure to change any server paths to whatever the new one is if your software runs like that.

  If you do database and site backups then you should be almost there?
  
  If it's wordpress then you can just download and transfer the zipped folders (site and DB). If you struggle a bit it could be worth speaking to your web hosting, if the transfer is on the same host they might even do it for free or a small fee like $5.
  
  Your host might also limit your ftp file size to something like 25mb if you're on fairly basic hosting but there are ways around that if you speak to their support, or you can upload smaller individual files.

Yes, those are all WP sites, small ones.

Go to you tube there is a lot of videos on setting up your first wp I would also use hostgator they are great
