Help with website revamp

Hi

I have an ebook directory at Directory of Ecourses and Ebooks which I want to revamp. Can you please visit it and give me the website visitor/ ebook writer perspective on what should be added and improved?

    You may add a blog and write something about the E-books listed there. A forum will be a good idea if you want visitors to talk about the E-books among themselves. However, some SEO work may be required to market your site.

      Thanks for the response. Yes the website needs a lot of updates, and this includes SEO work as well. What I am wondering about is: what do ebook publishers expect from a directory? Any help?

      Where should these images be aded? All the listing already have an option of linking to an image.

      There is also an option to post reviews for every listing.

      When I initially designed this website I incorporated a lot of unique features that I thought would be useful. However, I need to generate revenue from this website now. Any ideas and opinions are welcomed.

    The way it's set up with no intro or description, it isn't readily apparent what the site is about. I would put on the top somewhere what the site is about with some graphic just to break up the plain-ness of the site.

    It does say "Directory of ebooks" right on top and then the home page is a combination of listings just the way you will find in a directory. I know the design is boring but I think what matters more is the features. Anyways, I do aim to change both.

    Anyone over here has experience making money with directories?
