Can't Embed A JW Player Into Dreamweaver ..HELP!

HI Guys,
I'm probably doing something stupidly wrong but I'm trying to embed a video I just uploaded to 'bitsontherun' into dreamweaver and I can't seem to get it to work. All that shows up is the embed code on the view page. I did some research and some people are saying that I need to conver the video (which is in .mov) into an 'flv' format....but I can't find a converter that's simple to use. Any help would be much appreciated as it's driving me up the wall. Thanks in advance Warriors!

    Hi, just try uploading the page to your server, and it should show up, I gave up on DW, to work correctly, I just use it as an editor.
