Mass Control Outsourceforce Product Launch Formula VideoBoss

So since I haven't been able to purchase one of these $2000 programs from the IM heavy hitters yet, I was wondering if one of you can tell me how exactly these programs are delivered and in what format.

For example, I know they tend to do these things in 4 "modules." (Trivia question - who started this module trend? That seems like a stroke of genius.) What format are these things delivered in? Are these usually truly interactive "coaching programs" where you can actively ask questions as they are teaching? Are they doing these via gowebenar or something?

Are they pre-recorded video "modules," and just emailed out to the customers once a week? I'm just trying to figure out how these work...

    As far as the modular system goes, I believe this was adapted from schools/colleges/universities where their academic cirriculum is delivered in
    a modular system.

    I've got Frank Kern's Mass Control 2.0 and Jeff Walker's Product Launch Formula and these are physical products with printed workbooks, manuals and DVDs that you can pop into any player and watch.
