Best Alternatives To Click Bank ?

I am looking for an easy way to sell an information product that Click Bank may not approve because it is not exactly politically correct and could be classified as a gray area product.

Does anyone have a recommendation for some alternatives?

Thank you

There are many products fitting that description on Clickbank ... I wouldn't assume without asking them that they're going to reject it ...

Like Ezinearticles.com for article marketing, Clickbank is for affiliate programs. But then it again depends on your niche, what alternatives you might have.

I would say, just look at the featured sections and categories of the sites given below.

These are very interesting..... one is based in Lithuania and the last one has its headquarters in Canada. It is good to see we are not limited to one jurisdiction with only C.B. as most affiliates seem to be in their minds and thinking.

      King Arthur

P.S. linkshare.com (is owned by a Japanese company but their customer service is in the U.S.A.)

ClixGalore.com is based in Australia and their New Zealand branch is another option. Also Commission Monster is another one I believe you could look at as it is based in Australia.

Please give these companies your business to keep them alive. We do not want any affiliate marketing company creating a monopoly in the minds of affiliate marketers.

I wouldn't go for plimus, I don't like the way they pay me. I'm still waiting for my money, which they hold for a reserve even after the refund period for the given product has ended.

Yes..Agreed... Never go for Plimus..It sucks big time...I'm an affiliate of plimus and last week they sent me an outstanding arrears notice.because some of my affiliate sales were refunded.. I got a paycheck 2 weeks before and this week I've to pay arrears by paypal..

Why did they send me a paycheck without deducting the refunds?

          I don't know what you're talking about.

I've been using Plimus for a long time and it's my favorite option: not only it's WAY more flexible and cheaper than clickbank, but they pay via bank wire world wide on the 15th of each month like a Swiss clock.

I would have some concerns about using a product that is not accessible by all browsers...
Check ClixGalore.com - the home page does not load corrrectly in Firefox. Though it appears to work correctly in Chrome and IE.

Well , in terms of integration to SEPA compliant payment systems, yes. But the comment is merely a comment on the value of the ZAR.
Having collapsed a couple of years ago it is now one of the more robust currencies in the world in 2010 - depending on how you measure it.That said it is still ~10 to the Euro. Hence the .002Euro...

Politically correct? Here are a few products on Clickbank, as you can see they aren't exactly worried about being politically correct:

This is true, but bear in mind, too, that "what they've accepted in the past and continue to sell" and "what they'll accept now" are two totally different things.

I know it seems in a sense illogical for them (for example) now to decline sales pages which make dishonest "false scarcity" claims when they're actively selling so many products whose sales pages do exactly that, at the same time - but that's the way it is. And the same with some of these products, too: the fact that they're on sale there today doesn't imply that they'd also be accepted today (though looking at it logically, I see that one might imagine that it "ought" to).

This thread is over 3 years old, and we live in times of changed policies, changed regulatory procedures and enforcement, and changed ClickBank acceptance criteria, too. "Just saying".

This isn't an "alternative to ClickBank", Danlew. It's only a product delivery system. It doesn't handle the money, like ClickBank, PayPal and so on - it has to be used in conjunction with one of those, not as an alternative to one of those.

Apologies indeed if I appear argumentative here, but I think we're scraping the barrel a little mentioning these in a thread called "Best alternatives to ClickBank": out of the three of them, one isn't in itself an alternative at all, and the other two are hopelessly, infamously worse, for glaringly apparent reasons.

1shoppingcart finally came into the 21st century today and upped their product download sizes to 500 megs. They offer payment processing etc. but weren't much of an alternative for people selling downloadable products. Maybe they are now.
