Would this be a good IM investment ?

Let me start off by saying that I know nothing about niche sites, and it's not something I'm interested in. Most of my time goes towards learning about CPA marketing and making my living that way. That being said I thought it would be a good idea to diversify my income streams and put some money into buying niche web sites. I've found a few sites that offer to build them, with prices ranging from $200 all the way up to $700 depending on the number of articles, backlinks etc etc.

The thing is, I do not intend to spend any time on improving the sites after they are done, no more articles or backlinks, no nothing. My plan is to just monetize them properly and see what kind of money they can generate as is.

So I guess my question is, what kind of income can I reasonably expect on average from these sites if I do nothing besides monetizing them, and would it be worth the investment ?

For niche sites, you need to tweak them and improve them as time goes by. You can't just expect a niche site to sit there and make you money all day long. It might happen for a start, when you first launch the site, but after awhile, it WILL dry up if no maintenance is done on it.

Think about it, even the best car in the world will cease to function properly if maintenance is not done every now and then. Makes sense?

If this is the mentality you are adopting, it would be best to stick to CPA marketing. Master it and you will go far.

even though i'm a newbie in IM i know that there isnt any kind of business which will continue to earn you money forever without some form of maintainance.i suggest that you learn the skills to be able to maintain your niche sites if you really wanna get into this kind of IM.just my humble opinion!!

I would much rather learn how to do it myself, than pay someone to do it.

If you get someone else to do it, you still won't know how to do it.

There's tons of resources out there (most of them aren't worth looking at).

Just reading through some threads on here should give you some knowledge.

    All the best!
