How Could They Really Stay In Business ???

Hi everyone,

How could people stay in business if they don't really care about their customers? I've heard some people having bad experience with those premium price products like the latest one which is Outsource Force.

If they don't really care much about their customers or perhaps they might think 1 - 10 customers won't do any harm to their reputation/authority status?

Or could I call it as there are so many dark side of things? As long as you have enough money to do something, you can always literally "DO" whatever you want with your power?

Don't you find this ridiculous? Sometimes... I'm just confused how those people do business.. Do you consider there are lots of things are very "DARK" and "DIRTY" or whatever you want to call it?

I'm really confused sometimes.

I would like to see how do you perceive this and what are your thoughts?

    I don't think there are many marketers who don't care
    about their customers. Far from it.

    I do think there are a lot of misunderstandings and
    unfulfilled expectations that cause the impression of
    bad customer service.

      You're right.

      But I had a very bad case last time in terms of customer service. The person who was in charge for my case was very disrespectful to me though. Every person's experience varies.. Some people even got their accounts banned/cancelled by only giving out some criticism/opinion that the owner of the product thought that is bad and pisses him off, hence it leads to termination of your account.

      I'm just confused... How could they do this to customer? Don't you find this is totally sucked? =(

      Very good post, I agree 100%.

      I think there are times when customers just don't understand that they are asking for too much.
