Ideas For Real Estate Guru Website

I need to create a great looking website for a real estate investment guru. I don't have a lot of time and I'd like to hit the ground running. I'm not looking for a sales letter format rather something along the lines of a trump university. Can I get some recommendations for themes and templates that would be perfect for this project. I'd also be interested to see examples of other websites that could be used as inspiration.

    You might consider doing a Google search. There are tons of sites out there. Take a look at this one. It's been around a long time and there are many RE gurus associated with it.

    You didn't provide enough information to drill down on a specific theme or set up.

    Is this going to be...

    (a). An informational website geared solely towards drawing investors
    (b). An educational website geared towards acquiring students
    (c). An industry website geared towards educating agents and brokers

    Also, if you notice the Trump site, it has HTML on the front page and a blog as a sub domain. That setup might be the best way to go if I'm reading you right.
