I still haven't received the Stomper mag - Am I the last?

Needless to say I still don't get any replies for their non existant 'support' (laugh loudly!)

Are you still waiting?

    Still waiting after 1 month for the package arrival. Sent 3 emails to the email address provided in an earlier post with no replies.

    I will wait one more week before filing a chargeback. Stompernet should at least reply to emails sent

    No - This has nothing to do with a 'stampede of band wagoners"

    All I want is the stuff I paid for weeks and weeks ago OR at least a reply to an email enquiring about the order status - NOTHING

    It is not acceptable to take peoples money and then not to keep them informed. Whilst I trust stompernet are NOT scam artists etc it is totally unacceptable to treat customers in this way.

    It is certainly the last time I ever purchase from them (I had bought $1K package in the past, but never again)

    I run a business that turns over $2m and I would never dream of treating customers (new or returning) in this way.

    What long term damage have they done to THEIR business?

    Mine arrived in a padded envelope that wasn't marked as containing a DVD. The post office machines made short work of that packaging and crushed and ripped the envelope to sh*t. The DVD did not make it. Gone. Nadda. The magazine was mangled, and no DVD. Very disappointing.

    I know that kind of thing happens, but I think the fulfillment house should had known enough to label the package as 'fragile' or 'DVD' or something, so the post office could have handled it correctly. I've heard other people mention their DVD arrived damaged -- I'll guess for the same reason.

      US cause it's a long way from Singapore ;D

    Chris .. exactly what band wagon are these people on ?

    If I had purchased a product and not received it after a reasonable length of time I would be worried. If I had sent emails to a support address and not received a response in a reasonable amount of time I would be even more worried.

    I don't understand your comment at all...... can you explain which band wagon you think these people are on ?

      I emailed their support team yesterday and cc'd in Brad F. They replied today;

      Hello!

      Thank you for contacting StomperNet Customer Support! First we want to confirm that we have received your email, and we will work hard to respond to it as quickly as possible.

      At this time, we are experiencing a very high volume of questions, so as we work through each email, we have provided a list of Frequently Asked Questions that may help to address your question.

      Q. Where is my package? I haven't received it yet.

      A. We appreciate your patience. You should have received a confirmation email from our fulfillment center when your product shipped, but in case you didn't, we also sent an email from StomperNet on October 2, reissuing your package status and any tracking information if we have some.

      Q. I am worried because I only have 30 days to evaluate the material - when will I be billed again?

      A. Billing will not begin until 30 days after your material was shipped. We want to assure you that you will have plenty of time to evaluate your materials, as your evaluation period begins on the confirmed shipping date stated in our email to you on 10/2/08.

      Q. I've gotten my package, but I'm confused. Why is the disc only audio, and it says it's from 2004? Is there a problem? I thought this was all-new material.

      A. We included the ORIGINAL version of "Stomping the Search Engines" as a bonus. That 2004 course was audio only, and is included with every STSE2 package. The disc labeled "Stomping the Search Engines 1" is going to be STSE1 audio with title slides- the disc labeled "Stomping the Search Engines 2" is going to be the STSE2 DVD ROM course. None of these discs can be used on a standard DVD player and must be played on a computer.

      Q. I never received an email verification or electronic receipt for one or more of my products. How do I know if it went through?

      A. Every successful purchase will have an email receipt from receipt@stompernet.com sent to the email address provided during the order. Be sure that you have whitelisted all stompernet.com email addresses. We're also double checking for you and will let you know what we find out.

      Q. I made my order but I never received the bonus email so I can start downloading the 16 bonuses that come with my order.

      A. Thanks for letting us know. An email did go out to every customer that successfully placed an order, so make sure that emailadminc@stompernet.com did not get caught in your spam filter. We'll verify your order and get back to you with the download instructions. Whitelisting our email addresses will help make sure you received the bonus email.

      Q. I received my package. The info is so great, I want to purchase some of the other products. How can I do that without having to order everything again?

      A. We are so glad that you are finding the information useful! Our Development team is working on it. We want to make it easy for you to access your account and add some products to your order, and we'll be sure to let you know when we're ready to take your additional order.

      Q. I want to return one of the products I bought.

      A. In order to return one of the products you purchased from StomperNet, you must go to StomperNet: CancelNetEffect and log in. You will need to use the email you signed up under to login. The reason for this is that in order to process any refunds, we must match the RMA# (Return Materials Authorization #) you receive from this site with the product when you return it to us. No refunds will be given until those materials are returned and refunds are on purchase price only, not shipping and handling.

      Q. I want to cancel my NET EFFECT/ StomperNet Insiders' DVD of the Month subscriptions.

      A. We're sorry that you want to cancel your subscriptions, but we hope that you enjoy the content you received. Cancelling is very easy - just log in to StomperNet: CancelNetEffect with the email address that you used to order your subscription(s). From there, you can cancel the subscription yourself. Remember, you have a full 30 days from your shipment date to decide.

      We hope that this information helps you, and we appreciate your patience as we work to respond to each individual email as quickly as possible.

        I ordered this when it first came out, and I got an email about it being shipped Sept 22. As I live in Canada, I expect it to take longer...I just received the package last Friday (Oct 17). It was intact and everything seems to work. That is one of the longest deliveries I have ever had out of the US, but it did come.

        So - maybe yours is just one of the "slow" ones. Maybe the postman lost it (or is watching it at home...). While the Stompernet people are very slow to respond to help tickets and such, I doubt that they are looking to take your $10 and then not send you your package. Persist! And breathe.

    got mine already. The DVD case was damaged, but the DVDs themselves look ok. Haven't gotten to taking a look through them yet.

    Not too bad for what, $8 or so for shipping? (or was it $18).

    They have been very good in the past delivering online material but the delay in receiving this very first physical package is now beyond bad, and the "customer advocacy" (I'd prefer "customer support" if it meant you actually got a real, non-replicated, response) is virtually non-existent.

    This is just Business101 and I know they can't be that bad at it - can they?

    Yep im still waiting also. I got an email saying it was packaged and sent on the 22nd Sep and i will be billed on the 22nd or every month. Its the 22nd of Oct tomorrow. Dont think im going to pay for it since i havent recieved the first months content.

    For a multi million dollar a month business, they havent done very well pleasing the customers during the most crucial part of the whole launch.
    I think they would have lost a very high percentage of paying subscribers.
