Do you accept bids manually on flippa or is it set to automatic? Have you encounter any frauds and none payments? Thanks..

All been pretty good for me, I have sold 2 sites and currently have one for sale - link is in my sig at the moment..

The Flippa admin bought one of mine so I wasn't expecting a non payment hehe

I accept them manually. I want to check out the bidder. If they don't look on the up and up, I won't accept it. There's enough fraud on Flippa to be cautious. I haven't lost anything yet, but almost did a couple of times. There are non-paying bidders too that can put your auction on hold for several days. Who knows why people bid on something they have no intention of buying.

Definitely accept bids manually. There's some screwy people hanging around there and I want to be sure that all bids are legit before I accept them. (The exception being that if it's someone that seems reasonable, I'll usually set Flippa to automatically accept bids from that person only.)

You can use the bid as a reminder to get in touch with your bidder.

And communicating with them give you a gauge how serious these buyers are.
And if they are serious, it is a form of building relationship with them so it gets
them buying from you again and again.

Always accept bids manually. You can toggle it on/off but there are no situations where I'd ever accept automatically.

I think basically anyone you speak to who has been flipping for a while has experienced "fraud" to some extent (ie chargebacks) and/or non-paying bidders.

It's really important to do due diligence on anyone who bids on your site, it will save you from headaches in the long run. Don't pay too much attention to Flippa's "trust rank" as it can be severely manipulated easily (adding a linkedin account for example). If in doubt you can always ask for a refundable deposit before accepting a bid - majority of serious buyers will be happy to do this.
