Targeted Bulk Emails
Has anyone used targeted bulk email as a marketing tool and, more importantly, has it been successful/profitable? Systems I have been looking at are double opt in and are Can Spam Law compliant but I have no experience using these and don't know how to gauge reliability and trust etc.etc.
