How Can I Block Visitors From A Particular Country From Visiting A Website Of Mine?

Any idea how to do this? Is there an easy way to do it?

There are a lot of CPA offers for example that accept only
visitors from the US or canada etc... There are plenty of
them at max bounty.

If a person from a blocked country visits it, normally he'll get
a message like "offer not available in your area" etc.. etc..

I would like to do this to one of my websites. Anybody know
how?

    That's a tough job. What I can suggest is to get a list of most common IP ranges in the country you want to block, and then block them from cPanel.

      Yes, one can actually block countries from
      Cpanel. This is what I use to block certain
      countries from accessing my sites.
