UK warriors - What are some PayFlow Pro compatible Merchant Account Providers?

I am seeking input from UK warriors:

Question 1.

Can you tell me the names or URLS of UK based merchant account providers that you know work with the PayPal PayFlow Pro gateway?

Question 2.

Do you know of any UK merchant account providers that are integrated with gateways that provide an authorize.net emulator?

Question 3.

Do you know of any UK merchant account providers that are integrated with white label versions of the NMI gateway?

I am constantly researching and monitoring this (have been for years) but NMI will not reveal what their UK compatible white label gateway names are because of their non cross recruiting policy so end users are left to search for themselves and most will not reveal that they are actually a white label NMI gateway. The reason this matters is because all NMI white labels offer authorize.net emulators and NMI has stated that there are UK merchant providers what work with NMI white labels in the UK... again they just won't reveal who they are directly
