Do you know of a script that will do this...?

Hi Warriors,

I'm looking for a script to place on one of my sites that will read a text data
file and display the info as a graph on a web page.

Any suggestions you may have would great.

    Michael,

    There ARE similar products. I used one a few years back after looking at many others. It WOULD need a little program to read the file, and change the html page, but it can draw the graph and has some associated functionality, such as labeling.

    BTW it is opensource and free. If you want, I can get the details, and update them here. Outside of something like that, you are maybe out of luck.

      I've found a few scripts that will create a graph but the data they require
      would be difficult to modify on the fly.

        Yeah, that is why I said "It WOULD need a little program to read the file, and change the html page". The graph ideally needs data to be scaled and related to the graph in a set manner(like percentages, relationship, etc...), and the graph ITSELF may need to be positioned according to scale to fit what you want. There is ALSO the question of the type of graph. MOST offer you several choices.

      Hi Michael,

      You just need to play around with it a bit, & then it should work. I believe you can also edit the .fla files too if you wish (at least at one point in time I think you could).
