How Do You Time Your WSO launch?

Ok, so we've heard that launching a WSO on certain days/certain times could make a difference in the sales volume. But how do you time your WSO launch, such that it goes live right at the precise moment you want it to?

I am planning a WSO which I will want to launch on either a Tuesday or a Thursday at 0930am EST. With this in mind, when do I submit the WSO thread for review? During the submission process, is there any option of specifying to the mods when you want the WSO launch to go live?

Anyone with any experience on this care to share?

Regards
Lazy Bryan

There used to be more logic to this. I used to always launch on Thursday nights. Now I bump whenever I find the time. Sometimes mornings are better, sometimes lunch.

If your offer kicks ass, timing will not be too relevant.

Added note: over time, I find that it matters less and less when and whether I bump my WSOs. The game changes as you play. When you're a newbie, questions matter to you that aren't even remotely important to the upper echelon of Warriors like Brad.

If you're not paying attention, it can look like you were just being stupid - and it never mattered, but it took you some time to figure that out. The reality is that it used to matter, but over time it matters less and less until it doesn't matter at all.

But if you track your numbers, and save them, you can look back and confirm that the numbers really did change... and the changes were significant.

I'm kind of sitting on a fence at the moment, where I'm not quite at the level Brad is, but there are still big changes. It matters when I bump my WSOs - just not as much as it did before.

I'd really like to know why, but this is simply impossible to test. It would take several years, and the IM world changes so much over that much time, the answer would be worthless anyway.

Launching your WSO on a certain time probably won't help you that much. If everyone says you should launch it on Fridays, you should probably stay away from that day because it will get buried real fast.

Instead, try to be consistent with it. Like Brad said if your offer is good and you're delivering a great product, just keep it up and it will sell copies.

Submit 24 hours or more before your planned launch, so it will be approved long before you need it to be. When you complete your payment via the PayPal link in your PM, the thread goes live immediately.

C is right. You set when it launches by when you pay for it.

However, I would recommend submitting it at least 48 hours ahead of time to be on the safe side. 24 hours is too narrow of a window. That's for the approval process. As C said, once it's approved you can submit the PayPal payment at any time - once you do that, it's live.

    All the best,
