Steps to register card and load paypal

I want to create debit card in USD and to load my paypal acc with money via the card. How to do it. I heard something I have to make payment from the bank to the pay pal acc or something.

    If you want to transfer money from your debit card to your PayPal card, you have to transfer that money to your PP account before loading the PP card.

    If you don't have money in your PayPal account, you will have to transfer whatever money you want to put on the card to your PP account before you load your card up.

    Make sure your debit card has funds then click on 'add funds'. Or if you're going to make purchases using PayPal, your card should be charged depending on the amount you purchased online.

      I just dont know how to "connect" my card with my PP, because I wrote smth about 4 digits sign up to the bank after the first money transfer from card to PP or smth, about validating periods ??
