Converting Offers in trouble?
Just got this email from convertingoffers. wondering if anyone had big checks, if you do, pray to get paid. is this a sign that new cpa companies will always have cashflow problems?
what surprised me is that they use your agreement for their protection. I guess I won't work with such companies anymore.

We are currently awaiting payment from our Advertiser and will be unable to issue your affiliate commission at this time. Your payment will be issued once these funds are received in accordance with your agreement (inserted below). You are paid directly from the Advertisers funds when they are received by us. We realize this is disappointing news, please know that we are working diligently with the Advertiser to resolve this. Please note that once funds are released to us you will be paid for commissions earned over $50 and only IF we have received your W9 . I will send an email to you when we have received the funds with a projected payment date, there is no need to respond to this email as no further details are available at this time. You agree to be paid the applicable Bounty rate for each Action verified by ConvertingOffers.com as specified by ConvertingOffers.com approximately fifteen (15) days after the last day of a given calendar month, for Bounties realized in that month. You agree that payment for Bounties will be owed to You from the applicable Advertiser, and that corresponding payments shall be made by ConvertingOffers.com to You out of the funds actually collected by ConvertingOffers.com from the applicable Advertiser. ConvertingOffers.com shall have no payment obligation to Publisher where Advertiser has not remitted sufficient payments to cover the Bounties otherwise due and owing Publisher. Instead, Publisher shall have the right to pursue any and all legal remedies directly against any Advertiser that has not made funds available to pay sums due and owing to Publisher for Bounties earned in connection with a particular Program. All Publisher accounts will be paid in US dollars ($US). Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, no Bounty payments will be issued for any amounts otherwise due Publisher that total less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) ("Payment Threshold"). Upon termination of the Agreement, all legitimate moneys due to Publisher that are actually collected from the applicable Advertiser, even amounts below the Payment Threshold, will be paid during the next billing cycle. Every Publisher account must have a unique, valid taxpayer identification number (TIN), valid Social Security Number or other applicable unique government identification. |
