Article Duplication Help and Recommanded RSS tools

when people talk about duplicate content in articles, they mean keep posting the same article with the same content in one article submitting site or different sites? When they say duplication, do they change any wording slightly or its really a copy and paste, how do you guys do it? Do you submit the same conent at the same time, or wait a few days before submiting again? should we at least change the title name?
Besides, what RSS tools you guys used the most?

    There are many people including myself that are against duplicate content. Even if you changed a couple of words in the article... It's still duplicate content. This will get you banned. It's not really not worth it. I would just write an original article.

    so you are writing lots of DIFFERENT articles that will direct to one affiliate products? do you submit them in one single day or? which are the five most used articles sites ? ezine and?
    is there any place where i can submit my articles in a more efficient way, like submitting to many sites by just by publishing it in a site and they will help me to submit to others like what those bookmarking site doing?

    There is no such thing as duplicate content. What you call dupe content and run from, call syndication and run to.

    You need to change more than a couple of words here and there to not be classed as duplicate.

      There are a number of products that can help you with rewriting articles so that they are not duplicate content. And those can help you with content for your articles. So that you could write one article and then rewrite it a number of times and then combine those changes into new articles. Some of them work really well.

    Article duplication is totally different with syndication via RSS. You could find good points stressed here which I've stumbled elsewhere and still find it useful:
