50% Order Form Submit Success on Clickbank - Doesn't Make Sense

I'm currently testing a product on Clickbank using Adwords. Sales are coming in great, however, my order form submit count success is 50%. I've never had this issue in the past, save a couple times here and there.

I can understand a couple here and there due to credit card info being entered incorrectly or a system glitch, but a heavy volume (10-15+)? Makes me feel as if I'm not getting credited for sales when I should be.

Anyone else have an order form submits that never converted to sales at a high rate like this?

    Well, i dont have a link to go off of, but if there is no price on the sales page, many will click the buy button just to see the price.

      That's not an "order form submission". Order form submission is when they actually enter in their info and hit "submit" to make the payment and get the product.

        This morning ClickBank experienced a system interruption. As a result, the ClickBank website order form and Hops were not fully functional for a small amount of our overall traffic. During this time, the system status page accurately reflected the disruption.

          Thanks for the post. Only problem - it's June and I started this campaign about a week after that date above, so it doesn't help me much in trying to decipher this.

    Just an update - Contacted Clickbank and finally got a response saying that they'll "look into this with their technical team". I doubt I'll hear much back. There's got to be more behind this with how many sales I've not been credited for, but Clickbank has most likely been paid for.

    You should open a second account with Clickbank and test your new hop link. Clickbank has had tracking issues in the past and many marketers have fixed it by opening a second account.

      I have two accounts - Still experience tracking issues with both.

    I was actually wondering about this too today.

    Can someone with a newly opened clickbank account come and chime in. Let us know if your order form submit ratio to sales is 1:1 or different.
