Pinging RSS Feeds

I have more than a few RSS Feeds for one of my sites and I want to ping them with Pingomatic and Pingler but I'm not sure how to just ping an RSS feed. Pingomatic asks for the site url along with the feed and if I submit more than a few with my site url it tells me to "slow down" and it won't let me ping anymore. So does anyone know how to just ping RSS Feeds from one site (I have 18 RSS Feeds I need to Ping).

    you can mix the rss feed into one with rssmix.com and ping it and more also resubmit the unique rss feed to rss feeds sites.

    You can also purchase a couple of RSS plugins that separate your posts into individual feeds and then mix and mash it with other feeds.
