Is Associated Content a Quick Way to Make-Some Money?

I hear that I can get some articles up and get some money this week. I'm just looking to make some money tonight and thought this would be the simplest way.

Is it really that simple?

If not, can anyone please enlighten me?

Also, can anyone offer any advice/tips/info?

Thanks,

    Hey Theone,

    Great question.

The truth is that you can quickly make money this way but you have to write a lot of articles.

It doesn't matter what model you choose online there will be some work and learning on the front end while you get started. The payoff is that you can make a lot of money down the road.

The most popular and effective model that I have come across is driving traffic from PPC, blog comments and other traffic methods to affiliate offers (products that pay you commissions for sales). You can find these affiliate products that will pay you at Clickbank.com ----> marketplace.

    Hope this helps!

If you write non stop day in and day out, you can make a few bucks.

But make no mistake about it...you will have to put in a ton of work.

It's quite easy if I enjoy what I'm writing about.

Demandstudios now pay out to the UK. They pay around $15 an article. You have to do a lot of work, in my opinion, to get that $15 though.

I guess now AC pays out only for performance based work . So making money over there is a difficult now I think..

    Just an opinion...

I don't think AC has been worth the effort for several years.

In the amount of time it would take you to build up performance pay to anything to talk about, you could be creating your own sites and making money.

Great answer! Too bad that wasn't the question  (did you read this thread? )

I think AC's a good place to submit articles, but the performance pay is like extra cash to me - I wouldn't rely on it to bring home the bacon.

No, it is not easy nor fast unless you have a ton of articles. You would be better off writing for other sources to include the revenue sharing sites but even those won't pay this week.

If you have a portfolio of your work then there is a possibility that you could offer to write for other Warrior Forum members that need some quality content.

Depending on how much money you need/want and how fast you can crank out quality material you could probably achieve your target goal in a short amount of time.

    Respectfully,

Associated Content is good if you are living in the US.

Outside of US you can only earn by page impression and that will take time. Might as well publish your articles elsewhere, like hubpage or xomba where you have higher % split earnings on adsense revenues.

I would rather write articles for others instead. AC won't pay you very much. Maybe like $1.50 a pop. Not worth my time that's for sure.

    Best Regards,

Yeah, make a warriors for hire thread advertising that you have solid article writing skills (give a couple examples for people to see) and you can get $3-5+ per article as opposed to the pennies associated content will give you. And the demand is ALWAYS there so people will take you up on your offer if you put it out there.

The original question was "Is Associated Content a Quick Way to Make-Some Money?" The answer to this is surely no: it's not that quick and unless by some money you mean just a few $ it fails that test too.
