Hi guys,

I would like you to share your strategies on product launches here with me if you don't mind.

I have heard alot about how profitable they are and was wondering how I could tap into this.

    Hi zenji,

    when you say "tap into this" what are you exactly referring to? Do you have your own product that you would like to launch for sale? OR are you just toying with the idea of creating your own product and launching it?

    While product launches are generally very profitable, no single marketer should just try and launch a product in the hopes o making it big overnight. Your product must be of top quality, especially if you want to succeed long-term in IM.

    Successful Product Launches need 4 things.
    1. A Name
    2. A Product
    3. A Massive Amount Of Affiliates All Hyping About It
    4. People Buying Your Product

    1. Without a solid name behind it your sunk, household names like Frank Kern or John Reese. Noones going to buy a $1000 product from someone named Sumar Hasamad Hakkim Jamir no offense if your name is really that.

    2. You have a ****ty product. No launch.. more then likely you'll lose your money

    3. If noone is talking about it then it won't be a big launch. No point in a launch if on launch day you get 10 people who accidentally misclicked your sig on warriors.

    4. If noones buying your product, no launch. Requires a perfect Ad copy.

    Am not thinking of launching a product. Am looking at strategies of cashing in on this as an affiliate.
    I donot have a list and was wondering how to go about such opportunities

    Ah... so you want to cash in on product launches as an affiliate.

    Here's what you can do:

    1) Sign up with JVNotifyPro run by Mike Merz. It's a good source of dates for upcoming product launches

    2) Pick an upcoming product that you would like to promote

    3) Build a list within the niche that the product is created in

    4) Look for TOP-Quality same niche-related PLR products that you can re-brand

    5) Use these newly acquired PLR products to create a brand new/bigger version of product and offer it to your list as bonus for whoever buys what you are promoting thru your link

    6) Along the way, you might want to create keyword-rich blogs talking about the upcoming product launch such that you'll be able to command a huge deal of traffic when the product actually launches (cos you can bet your a$$ that many people will be searching for it)
