Outsource your article works. There are many article writers on this forum that are willing to offer you their service for a reasonable amount of money.

I suggest you install an ad tracker on your site in order to detect where you traffic are coming and where is a waste of time.

Ditto you'll need to outsource article writing if you are not confident in your writing abilities. Also, I love Adwords to drive quick traffic to my sites, if you are willing to pay for traffic and have a site that Google will like.

Have you ever tried traffic exchanges?

If you have the time that could be a possible solution.

PPC engines like adwords, bidvertiser and miva are a great source of targetted traffic- if you have the budget obviously

    regards

Traffic is most webmaster's problem. No matter how much we get we could do with some more

But regarding your particular problem, you could write your articles in your language and then get them translated to English, if it's an English speaking audience you are targeting

Proper translation done by a human being may be an option. However, automatic translation certainly won't be enough for ezinearticles.

Anyway, outsourcing seems to be the recommended route here.

You can hire Search engine optimizing company or a good content writer who can do these thing for you. its time consuming so you wont have time for your self its better to leave it to experts.

            Yes, it seems so.....

And for the author of this thread, outsourcing is the only advice I can give. Also, when it comes to outsourcing, a lot of warriors here go to the "for hire" section and look for somebody suited for the job....some would recommend outsourcing to india and the philippines..... If you're on a tight budget right now... I would recommend odesk and onlinejobs.ph.. You can find cheaper services there...

            Best Wishes....

I've never found traffic exchanges to do much.

First you need to make sure your site and pages are targeting keywords that you can rank for.

Secondly, you will need to make sure each of those pages are optimized for those keywords.

Once your site is well optimized then you will need to build links. People have mentioned ways above.

You can outsource for articles like people have mentioned but you still have the issue of needing backlinks for the articles too.

If you are going to go the paid route I would recommend signing up for a social bookmarking club. There's some free ones out there too where you bookmark each others sites. I wrote an article reviewing a couple of social bookmarking clubs at Buy Backlinks - Review of Best Backlink Services In fact I think one of the clubs I use was a WSO here.

You won't get traffic until you find a means to direct it to your site. That can be through social networks like twitter and facebook. It can be through social bookmarking sites or it can be search engines to name a few.

I would start with bookmarking your own stuff, join a social bookmarking club (I think Socialadr is still free - I talk about it in my article above), and do lots of blog comments linking back to your articles. Those three options you can do for free to start with before you go the paid route.

How old is the site, how many backlinks do you have, and how much content do you have?

For just about any site, search engines are going to be your #1 source of traffic. The problem is, a lot of search engines will not rank your site very good until its at least 8 months old. Between 1 - 8 months, chances are your site is going to float around in the results pages - 1 day you might be on page 1, the next day you might be on page 60.

Backlinks tell the search engines how popular your site is. Their also important for getting your site re-indexed often.

Content - are you posting stuff on a regular basis?

Has your site been reviewed to see how well the search engines like it?

How are you promoting your site?

      Hey there alkantenik,

First of all, after looking at your site, you probably need a website "makeover" first. Your site is to "scattered" with text and my eyes are not being led anywhere...just hap hazard.

I think the first thing is to get a "tagline" or "motto" first under your header text. You need to clarify and be very clear on what your site is all about and how it helps them. You need more graphics, even if it is a little affiliate banner here and there.

I would try to get a feature page or static page that shows a compelling headline to stay and read more on your site. It could be a case study of someone using the product that you are an afiliate for and the success they had with it. Show pictures of "perfect health" such as a slender woman with a workout suite or a fit man working on a circuit training machine.

Anyway, you get the picture. In addition to addressing outsourcing the articles and text information on your site, I think the bigger picture is to concentrate on simplifying your site and put more focus on the items there.

      Hope that helps!

      Bruce

Thats a mondo problem to have. For long term success, pick up a couple of books on English grammar and syntax... there are a lot of affordable ones on amazon. In the short run, define a marketing plan and stick to it like glue. A lazy approach is to spy on your competitors and see what they did to obtain success, and then try to duplicate that as much as possible. If you need to outsource content then do so, but make sure to define a marketing plan first!

      Hello alkantenik,

Sorry, I was out for a day!

Yes, the image of the girl is better, but you really should have a compelling text message just to the left. What specific aff product are you pushing. Start with that. Make sure you focus on the main affiliate product on the front page and then sprinkle relavent text content around that.

You still need to have a sub tag line under your "Weight Loss Effort" headline. Something like, "Lose Weight Now."

Do some research on weight loss search terms and use the best you can find as your sub tag under your headline. That will serve as an H2 tag to help attract searches.

The space to the right can read like, "Who Else Wants The Secret To Losing Weight Now?" then add some embellishments with a link to your aff product or other content within your site. Remember you want to make it interesting so people will want to stick around. You might want to add a body fat index measurement widget on your front page. Maybe a tips and tricks area where you ad one weight reduction or workout tip per week.

You get the picture. Also, what helps me to get very design ideas is to research other weight loss sites. Try to imitate their layout. Pick some weight loss sites that you like their design, then copy and paste their domain name to the Alexa the Web Information Company site to get an idea of their ranking. If you find a site that is ranked under 100,000, you are good to go with imitating their design.

Just something to think about. Find other sites that are successful out there and imitate them. Don't plagerize, of course, but get the look and feel for the layout and you will see your results improve.

Yes, you can outsource your work. You can hire someone who can write great articles for you. Look at warriors for hire section - you;d surely get one.
There are also some worked in the Philippines (Just be careful in choosing the right one) that really knows how to write high quality articles and good english. (Find a real, online job! | Home). You can ask an article to be written as a sample so you could assess his or her work.
They can also do other jobs like article submission, bookmarking, etc.
    THey can be great Va's...

    Hi alkantenik,

The main thing why outsourcing has been chosen by some of internet marketers around is either:

-They don't want to do these stuffs
-They don't know anything or know little about these stuffs
-They want to eliminate this and that to their daily schedule
-They want a passive income without them doing the work to spend more free time for themselves

So definitely, your choice would be under the second spot. Since English has been the most effective language to speak to the general audience, it's recommended that you get your contents outsourced to English writers.

Additionally, after utilizing some of these content writers and get them working in place, hire your general virtual assistant for full time basis and have him/her work on your SEO where he/she could build links for you (social bookmarking and article submissions, video submissions, blog/forum commenting, etc) and therefore allow you to be seen by the search engines. Also, get your blog setup with SEO friendly plugin which is the All-in-one SEO pack. I highly recommend that.

It does take time at the start but once you've got your team in place, everything is easy.

I can help you with finding the right resources when you start outsourcing. Just check out my sig and you'll never get lost from there.

    I hope that helps!

There's been a lot of great advice about bringing people into your website, but another thing you need to consider is how to keep them there. Bringing in a bunch of new people each month just to have them leave after one visit probably isn't going to help you that much. Update your site often, add new offers, articles, blogs, keep in touch with any members you have, and try and get a social network going of frequent visitors so you can alert them to any new stuff you have.

If you have the budget, outsource the works that you are not comfortable doing it. Here in this forum you will find some good writers. Also you can do the same for some traffic generation methods like utube videos, links, adwords, etc. Thats how most non native english online marketer millionaries are doing their online business. Outsource and make things happen fast instead of doing it yourself. Thats the only advice i can give to your question.

There are a lot of suggestions being thrown around. My advice: start with one and do everything you can with it. If it's outsourcing, make sure that they know what's expected in terms of the length of articles, what sites to submit the articles, etc. It's easy to get lost in all the different traffic methods so I would suggest choosing one and if it doesn't work, move forward.

If you're looking for the fastest way to drive traffic, social media isn't it. But if you're looking to build long term relationships that will pay dividends over and over, investing in social media initiatives is worth it.

First, I've seen badly written articles in some of the directories so don't worry about that.

Second, having tested article marketing for about 3 weeks now, I can say I've suddenly fallen in love with it. It's among the fastest and most stable source of traffic I've seen, and that is because I've written a lot in a short time and did basic marketing with them.

Third, you can always improve on your English. You may never be fluent but at least you'll be able to write decently. There was once a warrior here from India (if memory serves me right) who was able to make it even if his English is not perfect.

I recommend you use MS Word to write articles if you really want to because it contains a powerful grammar, punctuation, and spelling checker and a few more writing productivity tools.

Now if you really have a hard time writing in English, you can write in your own language and use Google Translate to convert it to English then paste it to MS Word for grammar checking.

    All the best,

I have found that backlinks do improve traffic to your website. Article marketing being one of the best ways to get backlinks but you have to write quite a lot before you can start to see a steady increase in the traffic to your website. Outsourcing would be a good start off point for you if you want to write attractive articles that draws visitors to your website. There are many sites you can get your articles wriiten for a reasonable amount of money. Google them and you will be surprised. good luck
