Ever been locked out of Alertpay?
A while ago I tried to log in and was just kept getting taken back to the login page with a message in red saying either my password or email is incorrect. I was sure my password and email were correct, but I went through the process of changing the password just in case. The new password still didn't work. I contacted customer service and just today they reset the password again, but that password's not working, either. I know the email is correct because it's the only email associated with that account.
Tried clearing my cache, using a different browser, nothing has helped. I now have no idea what's wrong and it looks like customer service doesn't either. Could it be something on my end, like a problem with cookies or something? I'm logging in from a different country than the one listed in my account, but I've been doing that for years with no problem. I also told customer service I was doing that. I'm looking for ideas on what else I can suggest to them to get this cleared up.
I'm hoping they'll at least initiate a transfer to my bank account for me and then I'll just stop using the account if they can't get it reopened.
