Monetising and 'publishing' a blog

Hello

I managed some time ago to produce a blog - relating to England winning the World Cup in 1966 - but for a number of reasons have not been able - am not able - to develop it to a point where I can make any money from it or properly 'publish' it.

It may be possible for me to add content on a fairly regular basis, but I am wondering whether anyone can tell me where I might 'employ' someone to promptly develop it to a point where it can be reached by search engines and where I might make some money from it.

As anyone who is British will know this is quite timely now.

    Submit / Build Sitemap to Search engines - Google Webmasters / Yahoo etc
    Promotional / SEO Techniques / Methods.
    Quality Content, Posts, Articles

    Will get you reached by search engines.
    If you can update it regularly with content that is a bonus!

    Monetizing the blog is another aspect; Adsense; advertisement networks of some regard.

    Just set up a blog myself fairly recently.
    Check out my blog.
    It's in my email signature below.
    Do you actually have the blog set up on a site or do you need to do that as well.

    Have a look at my site and see what you think.
    I can pull together something for you really quickly.
    If you already have some content including pictures that would be great.

    I don't think I am khay! That's one of my problems, I don't know what that means! No, I don't think I am getting any traffic. The basic blog is set up, I managed to do that, but because of a relatively mild version of CFS/ME I just don't have the energy to take it further and do it justice. By the way, I was on British Radio 4 recently talking about the experience related in my blog, so that may be grist to the mill.

      What are your expectations? What are you willing to invest (wager)? You say promptly what does that mean? It can take months for a well constructed and SEO'd site to to show a $1.00 of income. Are you willing to pay for someones services for several months with no guarantees?

      If you do not know what that means... spend an hour learning about what you are asking and then maybe you can articulate yourself well enough to get a valid response.

        Thank you Winlin, but I know exactly what I'm asking for in principle. It was quite clear, it seems to me; a little guidance towards the possibility of some assistance. If I had the energy to do it myself I wouldn't be here in the first place and as for articulation, as a Bachelor of Education, a national broadcaster and journalist, I shouldn't have much problem with that, should I. If it's not possible, so be it...

    It should certianly be possible to find someone to do what you need at a price, but I'm afraid that I can't help you there. What I do know is that if you get the job done properly you have huge potential search engine traffic in the very near future (but you knew that already). Basically what I'm trying to say is that you need this done NOW.
