Need Tips for Selling PLR Packs

Give people an offer they can't refuse...

Since you're new, you could also consider writing a 5-pack or 10-pack in an "evergreen" niche and offering the articles free in exchange for an opt-in.

If the quality is good, you can mail your list and offer another no-brainer paid offer to get them hooked.

Maybe a 10-pack for $5 or something and limit the number of copies.

After you have a few paying clients, you can offer PLR packs at higher prices and even offer exclusive articles if that's something you want to do.

The key is writing high-quality articles and building the list... If you don't have Aweber, I'd highly recommend using it to build your list. It's very user-friendly and easy to use.

Here are some quick suggestions.

1. You say you know how to make the packs and write well, but do you know how to find lucrative niches? If not, start using keyword research tools. Also, you should define who your target audience are.

2. Work on copywriting! This is a technique that you cant master in a week or two, but you can learn enough about it to get you through the ropes and start making sales. You need to purchase books and absorb the content. Find books on amazon to find some products. Also, find competitors within your market and analyze and dissect their sales-copy, start agglomerating a swipe file.

3. Prove yourself. You say you write well, but so do the hundreds of ghostwriters as well. Put together a portfolio of some of your content and perhaps offer your service in exchange for an endorsement. Find your usp (unique selling proposition).

4. Learn solid traffic generating techniques to drive visitors to your websites and increase your sales. Learn seo, pcc, social media, article marketing, and social bookmarking.


There, that should give you some ideas.

Something I quickly learned is that you really have to give value for money, especially if you're new to PLR's and WSO's. As has been mentioned, write 10 or so articles of a decent length each, and consider getting some graphics done to add value. Multiple formats helps (.pdf, .doc, .txt). Basically, try to anticipate the different uses that your PLR might be put to, and satisfy them first.

Oh, and keep the price low - sub $10, especially at first.

What bonuses should I include in these packs? I had thought of including spun articles or articles that are spin-ready, but is there anything else that would be a good idea to throw in?
