Help, Im stuck

Hey warriors would anyone be willing to put a pop up slide on my blog, i bought ultimate footer ad the other day but cant work out how to put it on my blog, ive given up. its just one of them that slide up about an inch from the bottom of the page. i posted it in the programming section but got no responce so thought someone here could help

    Maybe the pop ups are really useful from marketing point of view but as a visitor I do really find all the pop ups really annoying and I am less likely to return to the pages or purchase anything from there.

    try a peel away ad, they are less obtrusive and look better.
