I have been thinking of why many that learn internet marketing go into the internet marketing niche/Make Money Online Niche. The compeition is tough yet people still go into it. Many newbies may never make much because of their determination to stay in this niche versus try others. You keep hearing Gurus say to look at other niches but at the same time they make most of their money from the Make Money Niche. You hear Gurus say go into Offline Marketing but they are still making a majority of money from their Online Make Money niche. One of the early things I starting to think was, "do what the Gurus do not what they say." Which I think still makes since. I am sure I am not the only one to think it.

The IM Niche is all ready set up well for JV with infrastructure. Namely there is many all ready doing it. But in other niches it may not be as well established. Clickbank all ready has a well established amount of products on the subjects. It is easy to find related products to promote to lists. It is easier to find PLR and resale product too.I may be easier to find affiliates for this subject? There are many people to do list swaps with in IM. You have the WSO area to sell.
People want to be in niches that they are interested in. IM is a subject that the person is naturally interested in.
We are always told about how much money a guru makes in the IM niche that attracts people into the niche. The competition is strong in the IM Make Money niche but the reword is high.
I do believe the reason for many failures in IM is focusing on the IM niche or Make Money. The competition is too high for beginners. They should start in other niches before trying the Make Money Niche. Then again there are sub niches of IM that could be broken into without any income proof. For instances Article Writing for people needing content for websites, logo designs, website building, creating videos, programming, etc...
