Amazon Web Services Management (S3 etc) Just Got A Bit Easier

Amazon have just introduced a web-based console for AWS resources - S3, EC2, Cloudfront etc...

AWS Management Console

Plus an import/export tool for very large amounts of data...

AWS Import/Export

No time to investigate further, but I believe a lot of people will be happy to hear that the the console has made an appearance, as 'Uh... but - how?' seems to be a common response among those contemplating using S3 for the first time.

Thanks for the heads-up on that. I'llhave to check it out. I'm one of the "uh, but how" folks... still. After going through several webinars there still seem to be things that stop my system from working.

Also, the quicker upload tool will be very helpful! [though at $80 per incident plus charges for loading time etc. )(and the "device" that you have to send them) this is only suitable for really big projects...
