GoDaddy service to buy a domain which has been owned by others(themselves)?

Hi here,

I want to purchase a domain name in godaddy but its already owned by other. Then they suggest me to use their domain buy service package.
I checked the whois of the domain name I want to buy, they say its owned by Godaddy itself, created on nov 08 and expired on nov 10.
On the domain name there is no any development and said its park free domain.

I would like to ask about warrior's opinion...
Do you think I can get this domain name if I use to service?
Beside the expensive service fees i still need to pay for the main domain name itself right?
I am confuse since they say this service is just negotiation service fees, then they will ask me to set a maximum and minimum bid but the owner is actually themselves.

Do anyone have experience with them in this case?

    Are you sure its owned by Godaddy and not a domain that uses their privacy service

    Try using www(dot)whois.is and see what their whois says

    Otherwise PM me the domain and ill double check for you if you like

    If it's owned by Godaddy, I imagine it will cost you a pretty penny to get it from them. I personally wouldn't buy their "package".
