Using a script like EasyClickMate to run your Clickbank sales you collect the emails as they signup so you can follow up etc. It's only $67 bucks and well worth it.

Another vote for EasyClickMate. It makes a great affiliate center where affiliates signup (thus added to your autoresponder mailing list). You can then communicate with them by email AND through your affiliate center itself.
