Anyone heard radio ads for "healthetrim?" lately?

They always say "do you want to get high school skinny? look good in a bathing suit this summer?" and stuff like that?

Today I heard one where it was a guys voice, saying "i lost x pounds, and was so happy, i bought the company, and no run healthetrim.com"

I could almost swear I've heard that voice before in an IM video, but I can't pin it down...
