Installing aMember on Dreamhost

Hey I think I'm going to install the trial version of aMember on a site I have hosted at Dreamhost. Has anyone else done this and is there anything weird I need to know about? Thanks.

Well if you're planning to drive serious traffic to your website I would always advice to use a dedicated hosting service.

I wouldn't recommend running amember on a shared host, i've seen it before, loads at a crawl

  Shared hosting is fine with Amember. If it's slow its bad hosting to begin with.
  We've got a deal where you buy Amember from us and get a advanced hosting plan for a year for the price of Amember. It's not listed on the site as we do it typically for the gurus and there classes, but if you do get around to wanting Amember get the hosting and the license for the price of the license.
