Simple Way To Get An Answer To Any Question
Hey Warriors,
I had someone I trained email me how I find help, here is what I wrote.
As for learning (this is for anything related to internet marketing or online business)
- First, I goto Warrior Forum or Digital Point - 90% questions answered on this step
o I also make it a point to contribute a lot more in the community.
- Then if needed, I goto google.com
- Then if needed, I goto youtube.com
- If I cannot find the answer, then I will post it as a question on one of the forums (this gives many peoples perspectives, there are no rights or wrongs).
- If that does not work, then I will see if I can find someone who is a specialist at that area (as there are many many areas in Internet Marketing
- Last option; If I have done all that and nothing has worked, then I would ask someone personally (in my mastermind group or for you at a Toronto IM Meetup or wherever you associate with others in this field). Time is a resource people cannot get back, so I use this option last personally.
Using this getting help formula. I just did this and within an hour I had a help desk set up
- I went to warrior forum and did a search 'helpdesk', people suggested using Hesk (Search is an amazing function).
- I then went and founds a WSO course ($17) on setting up Hesk simply. (I am not a techy and last time spent 3 days on something like this).
- 1 hour later I had my helpdesk set up and my CSR was using it that day.
I use to spend days and days on stuff, but not this is a lot simpler, faster.
