any advice on making $5/day? a real goal

To often on this forums and others like it I see people asking for advice on instant or seemingly instant methods of how they can earn $100/day.

The truth is that while there are those who are doing it, $100 a day isn't something that's "fly by night". Let's start with something more simple, more approachable.

I encourage everyone who is willing to post some tips or "How To"'s for people looking to earn money online. Let's start with something small like $5.

For those of you viewing this to learn how to make $100/day you should take the $5 advice others may be willing to share here, do it, and if successful replicate that success to meet your goals.

I'll start....
Posting small jobs that you know you could do on Fiverr.com

Visit this forum and other forums like it and offer to do some basic article writing.

Now sure, you may not want to work this way for the money. You may think that everyone sits back and lets a website bring in the cash but no matter the revenue source you still work. You post new content, you consider new objectives, you market and advertise, and all the sweet stuff in between.

You can get $5 a day just from adsense.

    1. Find some niche you want to write about
    2. create blog and write a post a day
    3. write an article a day and submit to article websites
    4. find other blogs, news articles, forum and leave informative comments on the subject.
    5. You'll easily hit your $5 target

Regarding #4 I left 1 comment on a news article with just my domain written as mydomain.com (because they didn't let you have live links) and I got 12,000 visitors that month from that one comment.

    $5 a day is easy.
    $5 an hour is harder.

Both are very easily done, even if you're getting a lot of things wrong and not maximizing your potential earning power.

There are a lot of cool tips, ideas and strategies posted on this forum and if you understand only a few of them you'll make money. But the simple fact of the matter is that if you actually get your act together and do something you'll get a few dollars a day.

I agree. You need to think WAY bigger. You don't have to think 1 million in 6 mos. if you have never made a cent online though it's possible and I wouldn't shoot anybody down for that goal. 100k is achievable for anybody though in 6 mos. or less. Get your big hairy audacious goal, and then chunk it down to achievable steps. You could call them 5 dollar steps. And each step you do will push you towards your goal.

Think Big. Go Big. Act Big.

I think that thise and think that it is an excellent idea. It really would have helped me when I began. Loads of people want to make $100 a day, but are not confident about it. If you can make $5 a day, you can scale up to $100 a day.

I disagree with the above posts that think that $5 a day is not enough. Why not start with $100 a day goal. Then implement something that can add $5 a day to your goal.

Instead of just saying do this or do that. Let's add a detailed plan of action for each step.

This has the makings of a really great thread.

I hear what you are saying, and you have a point. However, it depends on the business plan you are working. If your goal is $1000 per day, you can reach that goal with a business plan designed to earn it by building blogs (or whatever) that average $5.00 per day. This is a strategy that works. Build a blog and market it up to about $5.00 per day (step 1) then work towards building the next, and the next, etc. Then start minimizing the time requirements by using templates or outsourcing the projects. Eventually you will have your 200 blogs earning an average of $5.00 per day. One such marketer boasts of having about 1000 blogs each earning an average of $3.00 per day. That is $1,000,000 per year. Of coarse his first months income was no where near that.

Another business plan might be to sell $75 training videos. It may take three months to prepare and to market, but on launch day, properly planned, it could bring as much as 100 sales with more to come throughout the week. There would be no $5.00 days there.

Set real goals. Setup a real business plan to get yourself there. Work the plan and put real quality into it. Don't waste time, just get to it. Whether it is building a thousand $5.00/day blogs or a $500 digital instruction guide, if you plan for it, you will reach your goal.

Since this thread began as a platform to lay out strategies for making $5 per day, I will suggest the following approaches:
        • Write 2 how-to articles a day for AssociatedContent.com. Make sure that each article targets a market that's hungry for information (weight loss, dating, dog training, etc). And build the articles around keywords. Submit them as exclusive and for payment. AC will take a few days to get back to you with offers. But if you submit 2 a day, you should (in a matter of a few days) have at least $4-8 rolling in each day (assuming you accept their offers, which typically are about $3 or 4 per article).
        • Sign up as a Contributing Writer with Suite101.com. Without fail, write 1 article each day for Suite101.com. The article needs to be about 500 words, have a picture, and be centered around 5-6 keywords (all targeting a particular niche audience). If you submit 1 per day, you will have 30 articles online in a month -- 60 in 2 months. If all your articles are written for hungry niches and are SEO-optimized in their keywords (Suite101 provides videos and tutorials on how to do this), then you should get up to $5 per day long term in a matter of 2-3 months easily!
        • Set up a niche blog with affiliate links and Adsense. You'll need to do a post every day or every other day. Then, write an article a day and submit to Ezinearticles.com with a link in the resource box that takes the reader back to your blog. This will take time to build, but (if you stay steady) you should be up to $5 per day in a month or two months.
All the above ideas require that you understand niche marketing, SEO, keyword optimization, and basic writing. A person unfamiliar with these concepts will need to study them.

I hope this helps any newbie that's starting out and looking to make that first sale or achieve $5 a day.

**These apply to content writers only. I'm not a graphics person or a techie, so I don't know the first thing about making money in those areas.

that's it! think BIG. and it might be a lot of work but break it down like Brandon says.

look at it this way, if your goal is $100 a day and you only manage to earn $50..
you might have not reached it for that day.. but you've still got $50! that's $45
more than if you settle for $5.

      best of luck,

How about washing cars? lol You'd make more than $5 a day.

The quickest way to make $5 a day is to give away something of value for free and build a list. They say the average subscriber is worth roughly $1/month. So to earn just $5/day you would only need 150 subscribers total (30 x 5).

Go to facebook, create an account and start searching for people with a common interest. Build up a list of friends and drive them over to your blog where you offer free content that interests them. A percentage of people will subscribe to your list and it will start to grow all by itself (provided you are offering quality content). Before you know it you will have a list of 15,000 people and the potential to make up to $15,000 per month.

I agree and disagree @imon32red. There is no fire behind wanting to make 5 bucks a day. True if you have never made a cent and then make 5 bucks it can ignite something. But I think the goal has to be bigger than that. Like I said you can chunk it down from there and then make a 5 dollar sale. But having a goal to make 5 bucks with no major plan doesn't work. You don't scale something that is not planned. I am in agreement with making that first buck though but it needs purpose and needs to be coming from a plan.

My only problem though is it is just as easy to make 100 bucks as 5 bucks and so on.

But I will add to this for those who are looking to make 5 smackers.

I think a niche blog site is a good option in my opinion. You could make some quick cash on twitter too but a blog option may keep the money coming longer and be something you can scale.

    1) Find a hungry market. Weight Loss, Dating, Making Money, etc...
Go deeper into the Niche. e.g. weight loss through Yoga, or barefoot running to health.

    Find your niche.
Google search for an affiliate offer you can promote around it. Buy a keyword rich domain. .com or .org Build a blog with 3-4 PAGES not post targeting your main keywords and lSI keywords. (or Google related keywords you could say)

Have links to your affiliate offer in each page. Make a service announcement or new website post on Craigslist. I try to make it almost where people won't even want to click on it. don't promote. Just make sure you get the link luv. It can get you indexed really quick on Google.

Check for tweaks and move on. If you have done everything right, you should pocket some cash through this. If people are paying ppc for the keyword your ranking for you could sell the site. Or, keep it and move on to the next one.

This works for sure and is one way to go!

    Thoughts?

I don't think the emphasis should be at all on how much you make per day. $5, $100, whatever. The most important thing you need to do is to make that FIRST sale. Once you know you have made a sale then you can repeat the process and make another, and another, and another.

It's so true. That first commission email is like nothing else. I'll never forget the first sale I made. It changed everything. Suddenly, what I had always thought possible, was now a reality. And that makes a huge difference to your frame of mind.

I agree completely. I did not mention a way to make 5.oo or 100.00. Just a process to get you too your first sale. You just have to find the right offer or product and stick to it. I don't think it is a money issue at all. If you do the work the results come. Most just aren't doing anything to earn their first sale.

Come on guys help the poor guy out instead of telling him $5 a day is too low of a goal.

You cant make $100 a day until you make $5 a day!

And besides if someone is making $5 a day thats a respectable $150 a month you have got to play around with for outsourcing, which would also keep increasing each month due to outsourcing and the OP wouldnt have to touch any of his savings either..

The OP could then keep reinvesting that $5 a day income and would be making $100 a day in a few months if he scaled it up.

I have a very practical approach: reach for the stars, and if you fail you will fall on the mountain top, but you still end up further along than when you started. Set realistic goals. You can make $5 a day doing any method of promoting, SEO, PPC, PPV/Contextual, or Social. It depends on you!

It's all right to start small and then learn from those experiences. That first small sale will be bigger and bigger the more you learn how to rinse and repeat every process that you take. If you're good at writing, why not write product reviews and then have them linking back to your affiliate links? Text links are whole way much effective than having them on widgets so try that as a start.

So as said above, pick a market that you're interested in and write numerous relevant contents about them or their products. Clickbank has good amount of topics and I'm earning well from there since I started.

I wish you good luck! Keep up the hard work and I know you'll grab that gold mine soon.

Get on eLance and make about $50 a day.

But please, don't limit yourself to thinking in terms of $5 a day. You're doing yourself such a disservice. No one should work for $5. No one should lift a pinky finger for it. That's ridiculous. At least think in terms of a day's pay at minimum wage, if you must aim low. That's what, about $40-50?

Does it really even matter if $5 a day is achievable? Walking and chewing gum at the same time is achievable, too. Aim higher.

ABSOLUTELY! Besides, if it took only one full week to build up that first $5.00, and one repeats it, then in less than 7 weeks and one day, one would have enough to replace the slave income.

It's easy for a guys to say it's easy to make $100/day because you're already doing it. My point was if you can master $5 a day then you can seemingly make your $100 a day goal easy. Read around here and other forums. So many people have trouble making even $5 a day, you know?

And sorry guys Adsense is not that easy. I have about 20 sites running Adsense right now and as far as it goes I'm lucky to get $1 a day. Maybe I have the wrong niches, I don't know.

My advice would have to be start small think big. If you can master $5/day then $100 may be right around the corner. A lot of people would LOVE to make $5/day.

I would prefer that we work out at least $50 per day. It can be a plan that works its way up from $5.00 per day as a step, but I think it is a bad idea to plan for a $5.00 project unless it was followed by something bigger.

If you are selling a good how-to program for $50 with a $100 upsell, then work up a plan for these guys to build up their first $300 so they can buy your course! (or the course of their choice.) Now they can go on to the big-time with your help, of course.

It's a good and valid question. It does not matter how much the amount is. Start with an achievable goal. As your confidence grows, increase the amount.

For me, I aim for the first sale. And then try to repeat the formula to get the second sale. Later I figure it was easier to sell more when I upsell to my existing customers.

My aim is to be able to make a sale every single day. That means I have to actively reach out to prospects and to be able to offer them something that they will need.

Internet marketers do not simply build a website and expect orders to drop from the sky. They must market their business actively every day.

Thanks for the encouragement but I already make at least $5 a day (of course not with Adsense LOL). I really started this thread as a point for those who are always asking "How Do I Make Money". If they can learn how to make a steady $5 a day the rest will fall into place.

I actually understand 'underthegun'. For a beginner he may excited by hearing tips to make $100 per day but on work he will find all his works are useless and he cannot achieve. It is because of the over expectation created by the articles he read. Anything less than $100 will not satisfy him and he may quit easily.

On the other side if one guy think practically like $1 per day with in three months, he will find his satisfaction within this time frame. His next target will be $5 per day after 6 months. Finally this guy will touch the target $100 per day.

Dennis Becker wrote and ebook that is still for sale, "$5 Bucks A Day".
It is an excellent read. It was written a while back, but the concept of the book is still valid -- create a project that earns $5 a day, then another and then another. Dennis goes into detail on the techniques.

I don't understand the "don't think small" posts.

Sure think big long term, but your next project should always push you a little bit, not leave you sinking in the deep end.

    Think of it this way:

    • Are babies thinking small when they learn to crawl instead of trying to run?
    • Are air pilots thinking small when they start with a private license before training for a commercial license?

I think $5 a day is a good goal, and the beauty is you can do it with adsense, so you only need to learn website creation and SEO to achieve it. You don't need to overload your mind with learning the skill of how to sell stuff (or sell other people's stuff). It is a good goal to focus on a particular aspect of internet marketing - getting traffic.

Once achieved you will have the confidence to move to higher goals.

When I started, I said, "If only I could make $1 a day! That would be so COOL!!"

Well, I hit my $1/day without much of a problem, and it gave me the experience (confidence) to scale it up.

That $1/day showed me, and everyone around me, that there is actual money to be made online. It dulled that achey gross weird pain feeling in my stomache - The one I get when thinking I'm wasting my time!

That $1/day gave me the confidence to turn it into $4/day, and then to $7 and then to $10 - $15/day (passive). Now I'm stuck there with Adsense pretty much, but I moved on to other stuff. It all showed me that I can earn a living online, and it shut up all of the negative people in my life that doubted me. The ones that said I was silly for thinking I could do it!

Now I earn a living online through software development & sales, web design/development, and a few other methods like Adsense. I'm not rich yet, but without that $1/day goal, who knows where I would be right now!

Now I realize a bunch of you are just really cocky, and want to talk like a guru and make it sound super simple saying, "aim big!", but it's not easy! If only there were more honest people around here that aren't trying to sell themselves as IM professionals, a lot more people wouldn't be so depressed that they aren't doing well! Even if it's a simple idea, none of this stuff is actually simple. The work I have put in to get to where I am now, you have no idea! Obviously totally worth it because I feel that I'm really headed in the right direction. Who knows now, someday you might be listening to me to add to your daily totals!

I think $5/day for someone not earning anything is a great thread idea! I think it's also great for people earning big money already, because if you have the blueprint to $5/day, why in the world can you not turn that into $100 - $1,000 over time, especially with money on your side to speed up the process!?

There is a lot of theory and good opinions being posted. But I think the original thread began with the purpose of specific ways to do that.

I think fiverr is a great idea because it is so simple. And if the service you offer is related to a business you want to grow online. You can get more business from the people you do work for. And more than five dollars of course.

Also, though I am not completely sure I think you can still direct link from doing ppc on Yahoo. Why not pick an affiliate offer on Clickbank that is converting, and setup a campaign on Yahoo direct linking to the offer. Setup a Twitter account for this niche and using twitter search get in the conversation and promote to your link.

This is a simple way without anyone running into a lot of problems to hit the first five bucks and to scale it up later.

@theemperor I like your illustrations bro. Nice!

In my opinion just start from $10 a day and then add only $5 per week and soon you will reach at a good daily amount. Do not forget you will have to make some great efforts for it.

Glad to see we're getting back on topic. All solid ideas being thrown around.

Regardless of if you are capable, here's a list of small jobs anyone could do for some quick (usually) cash.

    Design
Buy and make a .info (through Godaddy, cheap) site and sell it on DP for $5 (lol)
    Fiverr.com
    Clickbank direct linking
    Article writing
    SEO Services

There's more but that's fine for now. Lets see more ideas.

We don't have to limit ourselves to jobs that are free. Sometimes it might take a buck to make $5. It's just a fact of life.

I am on day 7 and have averaged $15 dollars a day... this was all done writing articles started by offering a WSO for unique $3 artilces ... yes alot of work but you are being paid to learn you are researching keywords... i know its not original but writing articles will do it consistantly and no one can do that every day without gaining a huge understanding of the bigger picture

On ebay one could very easily make $5 a day; silly example but I used to sell PEZ dispensers made about 0.5-$1 each sometimes alot more but there was a different thrill selling physical products

i read an ebook a long time ago... it tells you a bunch of ways to make $5/day in small projects and you keep adding $5/day project till you have enough of these little projects to make a good amount.

did this for a while thought it was more "realistic" than trying for $200/day..

made $32 per day after 4 months...

waste of time if i look back to those days. could have devoted the time and effort into something bigger.

currently at around $120/day part time. all from affiliate marketing and creating PLR and other products occasionally. hoping to outsource more and free some more time to build this up.

It isn't as important to worry about how to make that $5 per day as it is to worry about what you do with the $5 once you have earned it. Waste your money and you are wasting your time.

In regards to this topic, How much more time does it take, and how much more money does it cost to create a minisite selling a $97.00 product than a $7.00 product?

Actually, I don't think that Internet Marketing is about making $X per day to the more notable successful marketers. It is about finding people who want a solution to their problem and showing them how a given product can resolve their problem.

I have never heard the big gurus say they reached a certain goal 'according to schedule.' Most of them seem to follow the lines of saying "I was desperately needing $1000 per month and was only making $50 per month. Then, WHAM! I had a $2000 week and it has been going up every since!"

Do you want $1, $10, $100, $1000/day? Then focus all your attention, your time and your effort on finding a group of people who have money and are in need. Then find the solution they want and present it to them! That's your new job. Don't even think about the income. Do your job and the money will be there. When it happens, you will wonder why you ever considered such a low goal.

Probably most of us here are suffering from Information Overload. The information is there, in greater abundance than we can sort in our feeble brains. If this is you, STOP!

STOP everything and focus all your energy into finding a group of people who have a problem and want a solution. Then, and only then, focus all your attention and effort ONLY finding that solution. Finally, focus all your attention and efforts on ATTRACTING those in need to your solution. Don't worry about knowing everything. Don't worry about being perfect. Just get the job done and then clean up the mess later. It is a lot easier to clean up when you have tangible evidence that the system is working.

Does this hit home? Do you think I am talking to you? Think again, underthegun triggered my line of thinking and I just found me preaching to myself.

Good Night, I have two busy days ahead of me.

Easiest, fastest, most sure fire way to hit $5 per day. With a high probability (better CDarklock?).

Post an ad on Fiverr ? The place for people to share things they?re willing to do for $5 for just about anything you can think of.

    Make $5.

Was it really a waste of time though? Was the knowledge you gained from your experiences not valuable? Are you not applying them, at all, with what you're doing today?

There were 2 goals, or rather types of people, I hoped to reach with this thread. Those trying and those simply asking.

If you can make $5/day then you can make $10/day, $50/day. I want this to be a stepping stone for those wanting to make a living, even part time, on the net. The information gained about sure fire ways to earn a few bucks online should be priceless to those in need. As I've said and many others have said. They can take that knowledge, scale it, and really make a living.

    More advice from me...
If you are wanting to try your hand at ad revenue. Be careful about the niches you pick. People are always saying to pick a topic that you are passionate about, right? But what if that topic isn't the kind of topic that makes money?

Take ghosts sites for example. With Adsense, there aren't a lot of ads for it. The ones that are don't pay well. My top earning paranormal site took over a year to earn $20 with about 2000UVs a month. Of course if I had more traffic it could have been more profitable, who knows.

Pick a topic that everyone, the normal person, is online looking up. Recipes, weight loss, fitness, home remedies, making money online, and so much more. You should get more specific with it, too. Recipes - Home Made Lasagna or Fitness - Pole Dancing Work Outs.

    Hope this helps.

If the plans for making $5.00 are one-timers, then, it is just another JOB that is only worth $5.00. Quit working and you quit making $5.00.

Therefore, any plans to make $5.00 per day should be from recurring income, not one-time income. If it takes 20 hours to develop a system that generates $5.00 for one year, then that is the equivalent of about $100/hour.

Additionally, it will likely take half the time to repeat, and then half again. After a while, it becomes what seems like second nature to duplicate the system again. Pretty soon, not only is $100 a day an expectation, but you will be able to pay several other people to duplicate the work for an accellerated schedule to reach $1000.

It is easy to see how it was a waste of time for him. If he chose the wrong path so he traded time for money, then had to change directions mid-stream and learn a new technique, yes, he wasted his time.

The time spent learning how to bust one's buns for minimum wage income, and then working it before having to stop and do it all over again in the right way, can easily be perceived as a waste of time.

My business is serious. My objective is to provide for my family and to bring my wife home from her job where she can care for her child and have time to help others as she sees fit.

I believe that unless there is an in-between figure in the business model you are following, (such as each blog earns $5.00/day), there is no place for setting $5.00 per day as a financial goal. Unless this is your hobby and you are just trying to make your car or boat payments with the income, then your first real milestone should be to break your regular income, or appropriate income level if you are between jobs.

If you are in an education-mode, i.e. experimenting with ideas or what you learned to see how it performs and learning the basics, then any income that is produced is worth getting excited over, even if it is $0.11.

For a goal, set one that is practical and meaningful. Match your current income, match your spouse's income, make enough to pay all your bills every month... Set your goals, but don't make them arbitrary, make it mean something important. Any amount earned on the way will be an encouragement and boost confidence.

first i want to state that i am pakinhwan. i have changed my username.

actually it was wrong of me to say it was a waste of time. you are correct, i did gain a lot of knowledge. but looking back i feel i could have gained those knowledge with out have to spend so much time on multiple small projects. and very recently i got a full time job for a large retail company as their SEO/IM constant. sold all my affiliates websites. but still creating products and using PLRs part-time.

still think its safe for you to aim bigger than $5

would love to hear how you are doing currently

$5.00 per day is a relative goal. For example, to have a blog drawing $5.00 per day from adsense, is pretty good. 20 blogs like that and you reach that $100/day.

I read from a lot of affiliate marketing instruction to expect four sales per day. Four clicks on the right adsense account can get you that $5.00 per day. But if you are selling affiliate products, or your own product, it takes just as much work to setup and market a site that makes $50 per sale as it does for $1.25 per sale. Which would you rather sell 4 per day of?

I went through this myself. You put in the time and money to learn the tricks of the trade and to apply them. Then you just wait for the income. ANYTHING is better than nothing. However, that is not what puts bread on the table.

Think BIG! What do you make per day on the job? Now you have a goal! I can make $5.00 per day selling lemonade. Time to grow up, mentally and realize you have a business. Shoot for the money you want and forget the pennies. I was just there. I am not insulting you, it is a phase many of us have to go through to realize we have the real thing here. I don't make $5.00/day. I don't hope to. What I am working towards, and not hoping (or wishing) for, is a $10,000 Christmas season.

In the last twelve months and two weeks I have made $25.05 in Adsense revenue, $22.50 in Amazon sales, $35.65 in Clickbank commissions and you know what? I haven't received a dime of it! I am sure I will never see the CB commissions. They take them for themselves unless you perform. I may never see Adsense income. Google has a way of dumping their customers at the drop of a hat. I will get the Amazon commissions, but I have written it off as well. I am shooting for replacing my job this year and my wife's next year. I am settling for nothing less.

Get the attitude right first! Shoot for $5/day and that's what you will get. Shoot for $1000 per day and even if you don't get that much, you will have reached a lot more than $5.00.

A preacher I had often said "It's better to shoot for the moon and miss it than to shoot for a pole cat and hit it!" (for those of you Yanks, Brits, and other foreigners to the USA, a Pole cat is a skunk.)

Now it is your turn again, step to the podium and tell us, What is it you really want from this business?

You could also start a blog on a subject that you have some interest in. I think that $5 will be a very easy goal to reach as long as you stay consistent and post good content often.

I know, I, like so many others, failed miserably at providing the technique of reaching $5.00 per day. This post is more in the spirit of the OP.

I am not a guru, nor am I making $5.00 per day. Like many of you, I was caught up with all the affiliate 'freebies' and was well trained in the ways of a Raven -- Chasing shiny things until information overload blurs out any resemblance of a plan of action.

In March I wrote my overall objective of the system I wanted on a marker board. I read it every day until it is stuck in my mind like an image on a glass. The system I want needs to be fully automated, provide residual income for each effort invested, and easy to outsource.

I took a shot at CDarklocks Zombie Blogging as it made the perfect stepping stone to reach my goals. It had promise of being the simplest system for blogging income using Blogger accounts and masses of blogs easily created and automated. Unfortunately, Google sealed off the graveyard putting an end to the zombie creations.

I produced a few automated blogs using WPRobot. I tested half a dozen blog automation packages before deciding that this was best for my purpose. I recently received a few adsense hits and even an Amazon.com sale through them. However, I was going on trial-and-error, and having to dig for every piece of information I needed to improve my system.

Most recently, Info Product Killer (IPK) dropped the price by nearly $100 temporarily so I took the bait. While the product as it is now, is a bit dated by Google's changes, IPK, together with what I have learned along the way, provides a solid foundation for what I am trying to accomplish and it falls in line with the direction I am already moving. Now I have the foundation on what kind of sites to setup, how to market them, some great SEO techniques and product lines that are worth targeting. IPK probably saved me a year's worth of learning by trial and error.

My goals are a bit different today than before. Where I was looking for that 'daily income', I am now looking at projected income levels. I don't focus on money targets. I now have a goal of creating 50 sites between now and October 1, with hopes of getting 100 up by then. I don't have a financial goal, but I can see myself earning about $10,000 through the Christmas season if I get between 50 and 100 sites up in time.

My goal is not $5.00 per day, but to produce 5 sites per day, and increase that to 8 sites per day if possible. Finally, if the money comes in time, outsource the production of future sites to increase the daily production of sites.

The money will come, and I will be excited to see any steady income, as well as any steady increase of income, daily or otherwise. My first financial milestone is to see the income reach a level that will pay my pathetic job wages and make my car payments too. That is when I will quit my job.

I hope someone else finds inspiration in this.

Think big like everyone else have said...

Try to exceed your own expectations...If your goal is $100/ day hit $300 focus on it and if you failed even half way at least you still got $150 then you exceed your own goal...

It's a matter of self conditioning, mind setting and a strong reason to keep going on...

I think a lot of people are mixing it up here..

$5/day is good. Everything started small.

Yes, you aim high, but you HAVE to start from somewhere.

The issue here is this: $5/day, CONSTANTLY, and better yet, PASSIVELY, is key.

If you have ensure you make $5 per day in that manner everyday, non-stop, forever, and if best HANDS OFF, then you are on to something huge.

Very soon that $5/day will become $50/day, $100/day, etc.
