Differences Between Links In RR, MRR And PLR Ebooks

Hi -

Is there a difference in how you include monetizing links in ebooks
that have resale rights, master resale rights and PLR?

For instance, if I create an ebook with basic reseller rights, I can
see that I'd put in a link to a book on Amazon.com. Would I
make that link brandable?

Same question for MRR. Is there any difference between how
you would set up monetizing links between basic and master?

And re PLR ebooks, would I even bother with a link, or would I say
something like this:

"For the best PDF branding software, I recommend you
use [enter recommendation here]."

Thanks.

As far as I know, you may put all kind of links in all kind of places, if you created the product.

I would put some links to my site in : the first page, the header of every page, on the last page and every time I mention my site. I would make brandable all the above links if I'd sell my product using ClickBank or similar.

I would not make the Amazon links brandable. I will allow the user to brand only the links to MY site.

Your customer can brand with a software or manually. Even it takes a little longer and it seems more complicated, I would go for a manual branding. That is, you buy the eBook for me, I ask you for your ClickBank ID and I send you an eBook with links like http://mysite.com/YourName. In this way, I can mask your affiliate ID. The regular brandable way is to let the customer enter his own ID inside the PDF, but that link from the PDF screams "I'm an affiliate link!". I've never seen so far a branding software that will hide that link too.
