Are the ASCII characters starting to creep their way back into the WSO forum?

I'm starting to see a lot of threads with various characters at the beginning and end.

Have the rules changed, or is this just not being policed again?

    Hi Brad,
    I think that the WSO with the stars in the Title was an older WSO that
    has been bumped. I'm not sure if old WSO's prior to the rule change had
    to remove them or not?

    I would really hate to see it start up again. When that first started I had
    written a program to remove them so that I could see what the titles
    were trying to say...lol

    I just looked at the first two pages of the WSO section and I see only a couple of stars and a few asterisks. I haven't seen it happening again but might be on long time running WSOs that are regularly bumped perhaps?
