How to pay affiliates on $10 per month membership site?

I just wanted to get all of your opinions as affiliates on how you would prefer to get paid.
I'm working on launching a $10 per month membership site and was initially planning on using Clickbank recurring payments and offering 50% commissions.
But somebody mentioned that affiliates wouldn't want to promote such a low-cost product with Clicbank since they would only end up getting $4 a month after fees. It was suggested that I use RAP instead and alternate 100% payments between me and the affiliates.
What do you think?
Which approach would you prefer?
Or is there a better way to arrange it that you would prefer?
