Anyone Having A Problem With PayPal?

6 replies
Fellow Warriors,

I've been using PayPal for most of my transactions and for the past few months, they began to stop a few of my recurring transactions and hold them.

Since there's no seller protection for those who sell digital products, I decided to send the files in DVD format so that I can have a tracking number to leave an evidence.

Is this the only way to go around? Anyone else having this same problem?

    Yes - My hosting account was suspended for about an hour because my Paypal regular payment wasn't sent a few weeks ago. I cancelled it myself after that.

    Another regular payment I used to have just seemed to have been cancelled by Paypal around Christmas time.

    Weird.

    That is weird. I've even contacted PayPal representatives and they all said that the payments were made illegally by third parties and that's why they had to investigate. But after a few days, they almost always refund the money back to the buyer's CC. That not only happened once but a few times already.

    That's really strange and the first that I have heard or seen of anything such as this. I have never had any problems with paypal.

    Well, that's too strange. I have never ever seen this nor it has happened to me ever. I also sell digital products. The thing I do is, I send an e-mail to buyers PayPal mail ID from my PayPal mail ID and ask him to confirm his payment. If I do not get his response within 48 Hours then I refund the payment. And this works great for, I have almost got no complaints about my transactions any more.

    Sending the digital product in a DVD would be more costly, isn't it?

    Regards,

    Hi Joseph,
    I purchased your "UNLIMITED" QUALITY BACKLINKS FROM .EDU AND .GOV SITES" guide from you on July 6 and never received the file. Do you send those via DVD?

    I can provide the details on the PayPal payment; please let me know what your PayPal recipient name was and I'll get you the transaction ID. I was using the payer ID "TechXpress." I'd have PM-ed you, but I'm new to the forum and can't use the private messaging system yet, and that thread is closed, so this was apparently the only way to contact you.

    Please let me know how to resolve this;
    Thanks,
