How in wordpress do you change pages from http://blah to http://www.blah

Hi Gang

In Wordpress, I understand you can get the pages to be created with the full url including the www rather than just the http://(followed by page name).

I've looked in the General settings, but all I can see is where you can change the name of the whole site / home page. Any ideas folks?

Thanks
Phil

In general setting, make these two fields have the www. in front of your domain

    WordPress address (URL)

    Blog address (URL)

Hmm, ok, that's what I've done I think, maybe I need to create a new page to test it.

    Ok, thanks for your help

Once you change that, you should automatically be redirected to www. instead of non - www.

So if you go to any page on your blog you should see the domain with the www. in front of it, does that not happen? When you look in the settings is the www still there? Maybe I am misunderstanding what you are saying?

Its a good idea to go with the www in your URL all the time, in fact, forget about ever just using http://domain.com it doesn't help with your SEO.
