What's the problem? I answered the question. What, I should read the OP's mind and answer what he intended to ask in the first place?

        Then how will he learn?

... and he has the photo to go with the attitude too! Reminds me, a bit, of Jack Nicholson in The Shining.

NaturalSoft has some very good TTS software that I have used. It's not cheap, but it does allow you to purchase licenses for a wide variety of speakers both male and female. Here's a link...

They don't exist. The link I gave you is the state of the art software for TTS. If that doesn't fit your criteria you need to hire voice-over experts or add the voice yourself.

Textaloud is good and the voices that they resell are quite realistic - Text to Speech Software with AT&T Natural Voices™, Acapela™, Nuance™ Voices - all other text to speech software vendors resell the same voice packs . However, the voices come with personal usage rights only. You are not allowed to broadcast the media that you create in which the voices are used for voice over. The broadcast license is quite expensive - last I enquired, it started at $5000.

It's best to hire a voice over artist because the quality will be much better.

How do you know it wasn't just a really crappy voice over? It's a whole hell of a lot harder to get realistic text to speech than it is to bork up an audio track and make it sound artificial.

I use dragon naturally speaking and its much easier than writing. It does take a while to "train" it though.

It keeps me from worrying about carpal tunnel from all the writing I do.

You can use Odiogo. I recently have recommended it to my subscribers to maximize their contents and it has received good amount of feedback as well. You can see it here:

Anybody remember Virtual Friend? by Haptek? Man my dad and I would get a kick out of that thing like ~12 years ago. If you don't mind a higher voiced male speaking, you could try that. It's free. All you'd need is recording software, and Audacity has you covered.

Another one that we had ~10 years ago was a program called ReadPlease 2000. Pretty sure it was free also, and there were a wide variety of voices to choose from. You can still find both of these things on the web, just search haptek for the virtual friend or search readplease 2000 for the readplease website. I'd link you, but the silly silly forum rules prevent me from doing so.

If I were you I'd go with readplease.
