Best phone to use with IM?

Hey Everybody,

I'm looking to hear what people have to say about the best phone to use with Internet Marketing.

I'm a full time student, so most of my day I'm either in class or walking around campus somewhere. I have a blackberry right now, and about the only thing I can do is email on it. I can't check the backend of my blogs, affiliate accounts, post new content, etc.

Do any of you have a phone that works great with your online business so that you don't always have to be around the computer?

I'd say your best is to get a netbook if you want to post content on the move. I couldn't think of anything worse then posting from a phone. Netbooks are awesome for this kind of thing

I have iPhone and it's not that great. How about an iPad?

I'm on Sprint so I'm consider the new HTC EVO. Anyone tried it?

I may end up canceling my contract and going with an iPhone. I know it's hard to beat it.

    Hello,

I have a blackberry curve (Sprint)

I do IM all the time from it with no problems.

I do have three browsers installed.

One that came with it, Opera Mini and Bolt.

Depends on what you do you will find one works better than the other.

I have used the HTC hero (sprint) the screen is bigger but over all like the blackberry, might be because I'm use to it.

    Hope that helps

Give Bolt a try also, see what one you like.

I also have a program called Tether installed and use it to connect to the internet
on the lab top using the sprint network.

With tether no need to pay a month to month fee that sprint wants.

Iphone is way better I believe. But if you can have a small netbook then why just go for it.

I'm considering getting the HTC Desire, only disadvantage is that most SEO/IM tools are only available on the big 'i'.

Say, wouldn't that be difficult especially when browsing the net? I mean, some sites don't work great with phones right?

I use the BB Curve, mostly for emails as I would not be interested in using any phone for IM/SEO

    I currently use iPhone 3GS.

But, I'm eying on the 4, or EVO 4G, or Xperial X10. Have heard and seen a heck lot about each one.

I'm going to run down to the Sprint store and check out the EVO 4G today.

You're right though Karan, I have heard a lot of good things about each one.

It has to be the Iphone for me to, there are so many apps for so many different solutions that there can't be any other choice.

Plus all of the other features that are on the 3Gs make it the number one choice - no question.

I have 6 months left on my contract and will then upgrade to the new iPhone 4 - I can't wait.

I'd say the iPhone as well -- but it really does seem like a netbook would be a better solution for you
