Legal to post Craigslist ads on site?

I am thinking of creating a site that lists job ads for a certain niche. I have found other sites that pull Craigslist ads and post them on their site. Is this legal? I read through the terms of use for Craigslist and I think they charge $3000 per day for violating their terms including pulling ads (I think). Unless, of course, I receive their written permission.

Does anyone know about this of know if it is legal to post the job listings on my site for visitors to apply at Craigslist?
