Outsourcing One-Stop Site Promotion

Hi,

I'm hoping to tap into the vast wisdom of the veteran IMers here who have experience with outsourcing all of their site promotion needs to one comprehensive provider rather than having to hire different people for the different promotion aspects.

I'd love to discover an outsourcer for site promotion services to handle my Google sniper sites and local offline client workload. It's important to try and find a well-rounded service which doesn't apply a "one-size-fits-all" backlinking service. I'd like to ensure that the backlink portfolio and footprint across each of my sites which are on the same C-Class shows some variation. The same criteria applies to my offline clients.

So, I was hoping to find an outsourcer for site promotion which goes the extra mile and
incorporates the following features to keep the promotion looking as natural as possible:

o Have their own private source of high-PR sources for profile backlinks rather than
simply applying the latest saturated Angela's or Paul's backlinks

o Diversify the backlink types enough across profile backlinks, social
bookmark, Web 2.0 properties, blog comments, forums, article directories, site directories, etc

o Provide custom-fit niche-specific backlinks from researching the backlinks of top 10
sites of a target KW to leverage a composite of the same high-authority backlinks
which manifested the rankings of those top 10 sites. Success leaves clues.

o Provide a strategy to quickly index new backlinks like Google Slingshot

o Take spun articles I provide and submit them to article directories and Web 2.0 sites
to establish contextual and blogroll

o Paying attention to link velocity by submitting and spreading them out over time
at a consistent daily rate

o Pay attention to anchor text variation rather than restricting me to 5 target KW phrases
per domain.

---------------------------------

o Does such a one-stop service exist which provides all these features?

o Am I expecting too much?

o Should I be shopping on elance and odesk to locate an outsourcer that is this specific?

Any advice appreciated

George

I am also in your position of seeking out an outsourcing "team" for the same type of work; recently individuals I have hired seem to be falling very short of the mark. I am new to the outsourcing scene so it could be and probably is just a learning curve.

I don't know that you'll find someone that does all of the above. The problem you will run into is quality and/or price. To have it done right is likely going to cost you a lot of money.

You may just be better off using something like SENuke. They also have a paid service that incorporates SENuke and they do all the work for you. I think it's like SEDominator or something.

I couldn't find any reference on Google or on this forum for SEDominator. I also read that SENuke tends to leave the same backlink footprint for each site you submit which is exactly what I'm trying to avoid.

Update: I was able to post my job on freelancer and, so far, the responses seem to be more of a force-fit nature. No niche-specific solutions or proposals yet. Why is it that no outsourcers are doing the competitive link analysis and incorporating that into their strategy?

      Thanks

        Hi George,

Frankly speaking you will find many outsourcing team which will usually have package which they will apply for all their clients
Most of them will not go an extra mile.
If you really need a team which will handle needs according to your above said requirements. You will have to spend a lot of money and set up a team your self of course with a help of a proper manager

The team must be set according to the requirements
Not just for SEO but for managing any and every needs that you ask for, managing your site/company and other web related work
        You will need
Basic operators to do your basic work like directory submission, social bookmarking, and other data entry work
Skilled operators to handle blog comments. Forums posting,
Content writers and basic web designers to write articles spin them and manage your websites and research competitors
And of course a manager who can handle a team and assign the work. Handle the promotions and let it look as natural as possible

The above said team will cost you around $2500 to $3000 that will be around 7 to 9 people including the manager per month

Now the thing for you to ask yourself is
        Are you willing to pay?
Are you willing to go for a long term commitment?
And are you willing to dedicate the initial period of a month to work along side the team and the manager so you get to know each other better and get all your needs fulfilled

Get in touch if you see really want to set up a team with a long term commitment

        Regards

In some freelance sites, there are 'companies' which are actually teams that offer various services - data entry, VA work, SEO. You might want to try oDesk or Elance. When posting job just specificall state that you are looking for a team rather than individual contractors.

    Hello gmr324,
Your question resonates with me as I have a similar problem myself and had recently come to the conclusion that either I do all my backlinking and web 2.0 promotion myself as I wished to have it all done in a specific way. Or I could just advertise for someone willing to do freelance work who has never done these types of services before and teach them the way I specifically want it done.
As dsilvaeven says this very much depends on how much time and money you are willing to spend to achieve your aims. Even if you start small (one at a time) and build your own trusted team.

    Hi,

It's interesting that some of my requirements are not considered conventional practices for a niche-specific SEO strategy. Maybe I will modify my FreeLancer project listing to be more specific about looking for a team.

I would like to comment on this issue as it is something that comes up time and time again. I have myself attempted to use freelancers over the years and while found good and bad among them their is one common denominator between them all. When you do find a "GREAT FREELANCER", they always end up disappearing and you are left hanging for resources always at the wrong time.

The second and more important point I think is worth mentioning and I feel after 12 years in the IM business I am suitably qualified to say this, a common problem which we encounter on a daily weekly basis is clients who come to us with a pre-determined plan or strategy. In the most cases the client come for SEO services and it boggles the mind why clients feel they have more knowledge on how and what should be done.

Such clients have learned in some cases a little and others a lot about SEO and while the information is correct to a degree they fail to understand that in order to implement an effective SEO/SEM strategy it must be built around the needs of the client and developed as an overall strategy which compliments not only best practice seo but as part and parcel of the overall sales, marketing and support services of the business.

A prime example is one perspective client who I was speaking with a length today had a pre-conceived idea of what he wanted done and was quite insistent on what he wanted from us. After completing an in depth analysis of his site, it was quite clear that rather than deploying his vision it would be more effective to fix each of the various errors on his site before actually getting down to work on the SEO side of things.

Simply put, why pay for specialist services and then tell a specialist how to do their work?

Final Comment. SEO/SEM and related services are not and out of the box option in this field if it was there would be some very rich people who cracked the code to meeting every customers needs with a one stop shop. In order to deliver the services expected of a client it is vital that any service provider be able to tailor a solution that meets the needs of all concerned.

Bottom line with recent changes with the search world, were all going to see a lot of changes in the way we all run our online businesses thanks to Google and Facebook.

    Just my opinion.

    Kieron
