What Is The Easiest Way To Make A Picture Like For Inserting Into A Video

I'm a newbie when it comes to making and editing pictures like
this one http://bit.ly/bGB32j for a free notebook.

The pic is going to be inserted at the end of a video to promote
a cpa zip submit, what's the easiest software to use for doing this.

Also does most cpa advertisers & cpa networks allow you to
do this to take a pic of the campaigns.

  • You want to create an image like that from scratch? If so, Photoshop is obviously the most ideal program to use however there are other options such as GIMP - The GNU Image Manipulation Program which is a free image program.

    If you are still struggling then it might be an idea just to ask if someone else can make one for you - it looks like a pretty simple image. If you send me a private message I can probably knock something up for you pretty quickly if you provide me with the details.
