Site Credit System?

First, let me say, that these forums have been an invaluable resource for me as an IM. You guys are all awesome!

Question: Does anyone have any suggested platforms/plugins for building a "credit system" site where people buy 100 or so credits for $27 and then can use these to buy content from my site? Ideally the member should be able to access/view/download their purchased content again in the future as long as their account stays current.

I'd prefer to work with Joomla or Wordpress, but I'm open to other suggestions.

    Simple Member Pro can do this. There is a points system where users can purchase points through PayPal and use the points to purchase products from the script.

    Each product can be set to use only PayPal, only site points, or both.
