Depends on what source you want to feed into your blog.

If RSS Feeds, use Wp-O-Matic or YAAB (yet another auto blogger.)

For articles you can use UAW plugin that pulls in their articles. Or places like AMA or SEOLinkvine don't use a plugin, but can be integrated directly to your blog to supply automatic content.
